How the roof estimator uses your address

Our estimator prices your roof from your address alone. To do that, the address you enter is sent to service providers that help us measure your roof:

• Google Maps Platform: Autocompletes your address as you type, provides satellite imagery of your roof, and supplies roof-geometry data used in our measurement.
• A licensed property-data provider: Looks up public property records for your address, such as square footage and story count.

These lookups happen when you submit your address. We use the results only to calculate your estimate.

Cookies, analytics, and session recordings

We use third-party tools that place cookies or similar technologies in your browser. They help us understand how visitors use the site and measure our advertising:

• Google Analytics and Google Ads: Measure site traffic and ad performance, including which visits lead to quote requests. Google's use of this data is described in Google's privacy documentation.

Our website runs on Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and block malicious traffic.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business:

• Our customer management (CRM) system: Stores quote requests and contact details, and sends our text messages and follow-ups.
• Cal.com: Handles appointment scheduling if you book a call or visit.
• Our email delivery provider: Delivers our email notifications.
• Measurement providers: Google Maps Platform and a licensed property-data provider, as described above.
• Business operations: Material suppliers and insurance companies, only when needed to complete your project or assist with a claim.

These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.

SMS / Text Message Communications

When you submit your phone number through our roof estimator or any contact form on our website, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Roof Direct San Antonio about your roof estimate. These messages may include:

• A copy or summary of your pricing, and confirmation that your quote is honored
• Helpful information about roofing options, materials, warranties, financing, and pricing
